Creates and estimates engineered-to-order proposals in collaboration with sales, applications, engineering, suppliers, and customers. Evaluates supplier technical and pricing inputs, validates internal pricing through SAP, optimizes proposal costs, and supports customer technical discussions. The role requires engineering estimation experience, P&ID knowledge, and familiarity with control, safety, combustion, furnace, or thermodynamic systems.

Responsibilities
- ETO( Engineered to order) proposal creation with discussion with sales, applications and engineering as well external customer
- ETO Proposal estimation
- Third party supplier technical evaluation and price discussion for proposal stage (not for procurement)
- Internal price validation through SAP
- Price optimization for ETO proposals- internal and external
- Technical discussion with customers & as when required along with sales
Should have minimum 2+ years of experience in:
- Estimation and proposal branch of any engineering project firms (preference for combustion system manufactures)
- Industrial furnace/ oven and combustion related industry experience is added advantage.
- P&ID diagram evaluation/preparation
- Thermodynamics engineering knowledge is added advantage

Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech – Instrumentation, Electronics, mechanical,) Diploma in mechanical, electrical or Instrumentation with 2+ years experience

Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering project estimation and proposal development
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, or a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering with 2+ years of experience
- Experience evaluating or preparing P&ID diagrams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external customers
- Knowledge of control and safety systems
- Industrial furnace, oven, and combustion industry experience
- Thermodynamics engineering knowledge
