The Systems Engineering Lead position on serves as a lead for a specific team of Systems Engineers.
About the Role
This position provides direction on project plans, schedules, and methodologies and may also include ac vi es aligned to sizing/budget recommendations.
Responsibilities
Should support their direct reports in optimizing, automating and supporting an array of system support tasks and projects.
To be talented and self-motivated Leader who has developed a career in 2nd, 3rd line Technical or development support
Leading team of systems engineers to ensure accurate performance of all team ac vi es.
Managing change management and incident responsibilities.
Ensuring all staff is provided with frequent feedback and coaching to meet an exceed individual and team performance goals consistently.
Performing online system functions to assist with tasks encountered in execute on of daily responsibilities.
Requirements
7 +years of Systems Engineering experience. with good communication (verbal and written).
Program installation and troubleshooting, Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure environment.
Have a knowledge of storage on Linux Kernel, UNIX kernel, UNIX file system, and Windows infrastructure.
Have a scrip ng for automation and understanding of system and problem management tools.
Have skills in communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives.
Have problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effective troubleshooting skills.
