We are seeking a System Engineer to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to support the deployment of systems and capabilities centered on our comprehensive Exchange Manager software suite. The System Engineer Senior Analyst will focus on the operations, maintenance, and deployment of the program’s technical vision. This is a senior role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure operational stability by delivering proactive and responsive support for all system infrastructure needs on a day-to-day basis 
  • Proactively monitor system performance and network traffic; Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to achieve optimal efficiency and reliability. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs 
  • Administer and support network services like switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN  
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standards 
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for Azure-based systems 
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and operations of applications 
  • Stay up to date with Azure roadmap and new feature releases, assessing their impact and potential benefits 
  • Provide comprehensive solutions for managing server, storage, and network devices 

 

SKILLS|EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure roles. 
  • Strong expertise in Azure services, including compute, storage, networking, and security 
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, GPO policies, PowerShell Scripting, and deployment. 
  • Solid understanding of networking principles and tools such as DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls (Azure ExpressRoute, Google Interconnect)  
  • Experience with system monitoring tools (DataDog, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor, etc.) 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Industry certifications (e.g., Azure, Cisco, AWS, Nutanix, NetApp, Check Point) 
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools 
  • Knowledge of identity and access management (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta) 
  • Experience with TLS/SSL certificate management, including renewal, deployment, and troubleshooting across enterprise systems
