What's the role?
We are seeking a Hard working Systems Engineer who will be responsible for scripting and automation in a MAC\Windows environment, utilizing Gitlab for release. Packaging applications in support of deployments. Working on various Endpoint projects, which include deployment of third party applications, BIOS and Driver updates, Print infrastructure, device review and testing. Knowledge in Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or other management systems. Skills with Active Directory, Group Policies, Groups and Permissions.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cumulative of prior level plus following:
  • Proactively monitor to prevent and resolve application system performance bottlenecks.
  • Proactively ensure SLAs are maintained and systems are built for sustainability.
  • Understand the technical concepts necessary to do your job effectively and are aware of industry trends in your domain.
  • Consider and build for many different use cases but avoid over engineering.
  • Determine where to find answers and grow your own knowledge both with and without guidance.


Bring your best! what this role needs:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years professional IT experience
  • Proven ability with at least one OS/hosting platform.
  • Proven experience in performance tuning of application stacks, OSs, DBs, etc.
  • Good understanding with Cloud based PaaS and SaaS platforms and integration points to On Prem infrastructure.
  • Shown experience with virtualization and containerization.
  • Proven experience with monitoring and performance management of systems.
  • Shown experience with Scripting development.
  • Proven experience with Automation, Gitlab, CICD Pipelines as relates to endpoint management
  • Demonstrated ability with Azure
  • Demonstrated ability with vulnerability management, packaging technologies
  • Proven experience with Endpoint Security tools
  • Networking knowledge.
  • Good experience with Identity Platform and tools.
  • Exposure to Infra as Code concepts and tooling Experience with CICD concepts, and tools including GIT, branching strategies and leveraging knowledge to assist in delivering an infrastructure as a product.
  • Experience with modern development and scripting languages.
  • In depth knowledge of immediate systems you work on and some knowledge of adjacent systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills within area of expertise.
  • Understanding of high-availability concepts.
  • Experience with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.

Compensation Range:
Pay Range - Start:
$68,320.00
Pay Range - End:
$126,880.00
