Qualifications

You Have:

  • 14+ years experience with systems engineering for complex DoD programs and contracts
  • Experience with system requirements analysis, allocation, traceability, and verification
  • Experience with system architecture development using DoDAF and SOA principles
  • Experience with systems integration, testing, and lifecycle management
  • Experience developing Systems Engineering Plans, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
  • Experience supporting Configuration Control Boards (CCB), design reviews, and technical assessments
  • Knowledge of Information Assurance, security mechanisms, and DoD Certification & Accreditation processes
  • Ability to lead cross-functional engineering efforts and communicate with government stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Ability to perform risk analysis, technical planning, and end-to-end system flow analysis
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience with implementing comprehensive SOA solutions
  • Experience with cryptography, access control, hashing, and key management technologies
  • Experience with timeline analysis diagrams and time-dependent functional flow analysis
  • Experience with repository-based interface control management
  • Experience supporting development of IA Strategy documentation
  • Knowledge of Information Assurance mechanisms including authentication, accountability, and access control
  • Knowledge of DoD operational and systems architecture standards
  • Knowledge of lifecycle support considerations including maintenance and disposal needs
  • Ability to develop lower-level derived requirements from higher-level requirements
  • Ability to establish common reference baselines for hardware/software development teams
  • Ability to proactively manage requirement changes and stakeholder buy-in
  • Ability to conduct quantitative analysis of non-functional system performance areas

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

 

Compensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $76.92 to $100.96 per hour. The estimate displayed represents the typical compensation range for this position and is just one component of EverWatch’s total compensation package for employees.
