Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a System Integration Engineer who will play a key role in integrating and validating hardware and software systems to ensure smooth product development from design to production. This position requires hands-on skills, the ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, and proficiency in software testing. You will collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure system performance meets requirements.
Please note: Some responsibilities will occur post-delivery at customer sites, which may include working in cleanroom environments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design, define, and implement system requirements for customer solutions and internal projects.

  • Analyze existing systems and prepare feasibility studies for improvements or new designs.

  • Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and ensure hardware/software compatibility.

  • Coordinate subsystem design and manage total system integration.

  • Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues and support deficiencies throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for design, assembly, debugging, and validation as products move toward completion.

  • Provide on-site support at customer facilities, including installation, integration, and troubleshooting.

  • Comply with cleanroom protocols and safety requirements when working in controlled environments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Computing or related field) with 2–4 years of experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

  • Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, troubleshooting, and testing.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java script).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on moderately complex projects under general supervision.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Effective collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and work in cleanroom environments as needed.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in system integration or product validation.

  • Knowledge of automation tools.

  • Understanding of software debugging tools and hardware-software interaction.

  • Familiarity with cleanroom procedures and ESD safety practices.

Salary Ranges

NT$942,999.64 TWD to NT$1,275,823.04 TWD

Skills Required
