ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYThis role requires an experienced IT professional with a proven record of accomplishment to support our fast-paced and high-volume environment. Reporting to the IT Manager for Global DS Service Operations, you will be the on-site lead for the Service Operations team at our St. Louis imaging center, while also supporting our imaging and file transfer central environment. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and supporting hardware and software, including high-speed scanners, imaging tools, and file transfer management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily Operations & Maintenance: Perform daily maintenance activities to ensure all IT operations run smoothly. Provide day-to-day support for the local imaging center and for the central environments (FISMA/IMGS).
Escalation & Support: Take responsibility for proper daily escalation of operational issues and participate in off-hour on-call support.
Process Optimization: Work to improve existing standard processes and develop comprehensive controls to monitor productivity, quality, and SLA adherence based on industry-proven best practices.
Customer Onboarding: Manage the successful onboarding of new Digital Solutions (DS) customers and handle technical change requests for existing DS customers.
System Availability: Ensure constant systems/solution availability to meet project SLAs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Meet with Implementation and DevOps teams to deliver solution fixes and platform enhancements.
Experience & Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or university, OR over 5 years of dedicated IT industry work experience.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with remote control tools, Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, SQL Database, and Active Directory.
Specialized Software: Proven ability to deploy and troubleshoot Kofax (imaging software) and execute Batch class deployment.
Hardware & Systems Support: Deep understanding of various IT functions (Desktop, Server, Network) with experience providing technical support and installing hardware/software products on-site and remotely.
Core Skills: * Network management knowledge (switches, routers, and firewalls).
PowerShell scripting experience is highly desired.
Program/Project management experience with strong strategic planning capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across wide audiences, including executives and stakeholders.
Certifications (Desirable): Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or ITIL v3 foundation and practitioner certifications.
Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%.
