Duration: 3-6 months
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Teams Voice.
- Manage and maintain Teams Voice and other cloud voice platforms
- Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to streamline operations.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and health using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide tier 2/3 support for cloud-related incidents.
- Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and Change management records
- Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and best practices in Microsoft 365.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with DevOps and security teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure.
- Work with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in systems engineering with cloud expertise, specifically Microsoft Teams Voice
- Strong experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure services and infrastructure.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
- Experience working in an enterprise or multi-tenant environment.
- Strong documentation and change management control experience
