As a key member of our innovative team, you will:
- Drive integrated system design by meticulously tracking and managing requirements

- Lead test teams to validate system functionality
- Develop comprehensive test procedures to validate system functionality

Responsibilities
- Specification, decomposition, integration, and re-composition of requirements
- Perform trade studies
- Write interface control documents for subsystems
- Participate in systems design reviews
- System integration including implementing requirements in both software and hardware
- Assisting with risk assessment and management
- Performing verification of requirements and validation of concept of operations
- Collaborate with team members to determine best solutions to client requirements for software
- Work with various engineering disciplines to understand, troubleshoot, and support project efforts
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proficiency working with requirements, verification, and validation
- Ability to lead a test team
- Experience working with systems-of-systems
Desired:
- Master of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
