Requires intermittent travel.

Requirements
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with a MD Polygraph required. No CCA's will be accepted at this time.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus four (4) years of systems engineering experience.
OR
- A High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years of general system engineering experience (any Process Area) may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
OR
- A
Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline
from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one (1)
year of systems engineering experience.
OR
- A
PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an
accredited college or university may be substituted for three (3) years of
systems engineering experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Experience with coding Python and Visual Basic for applications
• Strong experience in applying RF theoretical and academic knowledge in EMI testing unintended emissions within HF, VHF, and UHF spectrum
• Familiar with RF tools (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes) and components (amplifiers, filters, isolators, attenuators, terminators, etc)
• Formulating and documenting test plans
• Draft and issue technical recommendations through formal test reports
• Specify and/or review system and component technical performance requirements to ensure optimal functionality while meeting E3 noise electric field limit.
• Collaborate internal and external agency stakeholders to ensure technical support enables the E3 Program and customer mission requirements
• Must be able to travel 3 times per year for 7-10 days at a time
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Preferred but not required to have experience in electromagnetic compatibility testing, electromagnetic interference mitigation, and /or antenna calibration.

- Ability to collaborate with internal and external agency stakeholders to support the E3 program and customer mission
- Willingness/ability to travel approximately three times per year for 7-10 days each
- Experience in electromagnetic compatibility testing, EMI mitigation, and/or antenna calibration
