Systems Engineer (2026-0150)

We are actively recruiting for a Systems Engineer to support our Engineering Services and Solutions Division, based in Annapolis Junction, MD.
The individual selected to fill this position will be expected to become familiar with the following (to include, but not limited to):

• Knowledge management.
• Mission essential tool kit, responsible for updating. 
• Existing systems/tools to be updated. 
• Collaborate with team members to capture analyst workflows. 
• Understanding the processes by which the organization accomplishes projects. 
• Ability to learn about and acquire general understanding of analyst tools. 
• Compliance related requirements for analyst tools.
• Collaborate with SME’s as appropriate to develop requirements for new capabilities, as requested.
• Develop systems engineering and other artifacts as needed to support development of requirements.
• Assist the customer, as requested in devising architectural solutions for various mission requirements. 
• Coordinate and set up meetings as needed. 
• Create meeting minutes on the dedicated confluence pages.  Create minutes of meetings and collaborate with SME’s to get them approved and distributed to ensure the stakeholders maintain a common understanding of decisions and plans 

 
 
Required Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Confluence.
• Proficiency with developing systems engineering artifacts.
• Ability to work with subject matter experts in order to decompose high-level or unstructured requirements in order to meet mission needs.
• Must have office applications for documenting and presenting information.
• Ability to understand complex system architectures. 

 
Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with analyst tools.
• Experience with Jira
• Cameo architectural tool.

Pay Range: There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $185,000.00
