About the Role
NinjaOne is seeking a Systems Automation Engineer to join our Partner Services team. You'll design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency across browser-based processes, data workflows, and AWS infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical role working closely with Technical Account Managers, developers, and service delivery specialists to deliver scalable automation that makes our operations faster, smarter, and more reliable.
Location: Remote in United Kingdom
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain automated scripts and frameworks to manage web browser interactions (e.g., Selenium)
- Use PowerShell and/or Python to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources
- Implement infrastructure automation using Ansible in AWS
- Analyse workflows and identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workload
- Manage SQL Server/MySQL databases - including queries, optimization, and performance tuning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Document automation processes and system configurations
- Troubleshoot automation scripts, data workflows, and infrastructure setups
About You
- Proven experience with PowerShell scripting (required); Python a plus
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar browser automation tools
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services and Ansible
- Strong SQL skills (MySQL, SQL Server)
- Ability to analyse and optimise workflows
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
