This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical expertise, analytical skills, and leadership in a collaborative, innovative, and excellence‑driven environment.

What you will accomplish with us

Depending on the complexity of initiatives, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively participating in the analysis of business and technical requirements in collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders.
  • Designing and producing functional and/or technical solution designs (flows, business rules, integrations, application components).
  • Ensuring solution alignment with target architecture, IT standards, and organizational best practices.
  • Working closely with architects, development teams, and quality assurance (QA) teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Supporting teams during solution implementation and contributing to effort estimates and planning activities.
  • Supporting testing phases, analyzing defects, and contributing to their resolution.
  • Maintaining clear, accurate, and up‑to‑date design documentation.
  • Acting as a subject‑matter expert during production releases and supporting production support activities.
  • Mentoring team members and fostering knowledge sharing within the IT community.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for strong analytical skills, rigor, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality solutions.
  • Stands out for excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Has a solid understanding of complex application environments and integration challenges.
  • Demonstrates hands‑on experience in IT solution design, ideally in an Agile/Scrum context.
  • Has 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in IT solution design.
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Has knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry, including pricing and new business (strong asset).
  • Is comfortable working with various technologies and platforms, including: Azure DevOps, .NET 8, Git, SQL Server, MongoDB, BizTalk, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, and Mainframe environments.

Intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the incumbent will be required, on a daily basis, to hold conversations with unilingual English‑speaking partners and colleagues, as well as to read, understand and draft business documents (e.g., deliverables, presentations, written communications). These interactions will notably involve subsidiaries located in the United States and Canada, as part of projects, workshops and the department’s day‑to‑day activities.

Why you will enjoy working with us

  • A healthy, safe, fair, and inclusive workplace where everyone can fully express their potential.
  • A hybrid work model offering flexibility and access to modern, inspiring collaborative spaces.
  • Competitive benefits, including:
