- 10+ years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise architecture, software engineering, or IT modernization programs
- Experience designing and integrating enterprise-scale IT systems within DoD, IC, or Federal environments
- Strong knowledge of systems architecture methodologies, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns

- Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred

- Experience supporting intelligence, defense, cyber, ISR, GEOINT, MASINT, or mission analytics programs
- Relevant certifications such as:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- CISSP
- TOGAF
- SAFe Agilist
- Security+
- Experience with AI/ML-enabled systems, data analytics platforms, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies
- Experience supporting proposal efforts, solution architecture, or technical capture activities
