We are seeking a highly organized and technically strong system and solutions engineer to lead customer co-engineering program. Manage and lead customer designs , customer technical issue management and build strategic engagement with Japan OEMs.
This role will collaborate closely with Key Japan OEM , Field teams and internal engineering teams to ensure timely design launches , future design definitions and process/efficiency improvements in managing customers
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead Multi-year co-engineering program: Define and Drive multi-year program with OEM
- Customer and Technical Support: Manage and resolve technical queries/issues on customer design.
- Drive root cause analysis, follow-up actions, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for release validation and readiness.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing customer (preferably Japan OEMs,ODMs, IBVs) .
- 5+ Experience in project or program management, preferably in software, firmware, or platform engineering environments.
- Good understanding of SOC architecture / Ips.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong technical understanding of windows systems, platform ingredients , software pieces / stack
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers or partners (Japan OEM experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
