SUMMARY:
Placer.ai is looking for a Systems and Data Operations Manager who will be responsible for the integrity, efficiency, and optimization of our core business systems, including Salesforce, financial, and HRIS platforms. This role will drive process improvements and data integration initiatives to support Placer.ai's rapid growth and operational excellence. We're seeking top talent based in Colombia and Mexico for this fully remote opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust data integration solutions using SQL and other relevant tools to ensure seamless data flow between disparate systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR) to understand operational needs and translate them into system and data solutions.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all integrated systems.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system improvements, driving projects from conception to implementation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement preventative measures to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Manage vendor relationships for system-related tools and services.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- 5+ years of experience in systems and data operations, with a strong focus on Salesforce administration and integration.
- Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CRM and its associated tech stack.
- Proven experience working with ERP and HRIS systems.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and integration.
- Experience with data integration platforms and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proven history of interdepartmental collaboration and leadership.

The U.S. annualized pay range for this position is $40,000-$50,000 USD. In addition, certain roles have the opportunity to earn sales-based commissions. Base pay offered within the stated range may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related skills, professional experience, education and licenses (if applicable), work location and compensation market data.
Base pay is just a part of our total rewards program. Placer provides medical, dental and vision coverage as well as flexible time off, 401K and equity awards for certain roles.
