Risk Management Platform Administrator - AuditBoard

• Serve as a technical administrator for AuditBoard, SharePoint, and PowerBI including design and development of new products and features for Risk Management

• Develop solutions by planning, designing, configuring, testing, and finalizing end stage implementation

• Examine existing system functionality, confirm suitability, recommend changes and/or produce specifications, and outline designs of new system features or functionality

• Serve as project leader on projects supporting new functionality development or enhancement updates

• Provide technical support and resolve complex configuration issues, identify root causes for bugs and outline remediation

• Implement quarterly/monthly product enhancements, attend vendor training, and frequent touchpoints with product contacts

• Gather data, analyze business and user needs, schedule and facilitate meetings to establish project requirements

• Communicate and coordinate with IT to resolve issues if needed

• Assist department with administrative responsibilities, updates to existing workflows, product enhancement implementations, or design new workflows within AuditBoard, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other technical tools

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Strong knowledge of AuditBoard and related modules

• Strong understanding of system architecture, business process framework, and security

• Strong knowledge of web application security and AuditBoard configuration architect; including knowledge of best practices

• Strong knowledge of AuditBoard Reporting, including calculation fields and API(s), and complex reporting

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to serve as a mentor to junior team members

• Intermediate project management and business analyst skills

• Creative and innovative mindset with a strong focus on process improvement and risk management

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• Masters degree (MBA, MBA, or MS in Information Systems or Data Analytics) preferred

• 3+ years in project management, business analysis, and data analysis required

• 3+ years experience with AuditBoard, Sharepoint, PowerBI, and graphic/UI/UX design required

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $80,000 to $107,000 annually.
