What does a successful Systems Analyst do at Fiserv?

You will be part of one of the top merchant acquiring teams in the industry, supporting our largest clients and playing a critical role in developing the best client servicing experiences possible for those clients.  You will ensure optimal utilization of the Client360 (a client servicing platform) tool by overseeing its automation and maintenance, driving consistent execution across support teams, an developing appropriate knowledge management artifacts to improve automation and AI support.

What you will do:

• Act as technical consultant working directly with internal teams to identify and remediate gaps in Fiserv’s client servicing flows.
• Perform research and problem diagnostics to determine resolutions to reported problems.
• Escalate issues to other support teams when necessary.
• Maintain updated knowledge and technical documentation needed to support self-service, automation, and AI improvements
• Report and document lessons learned to inform future process enhancements.
• Provide client input to Product Managers, Account Teams, Operations teams regarding process flows and enhancements.
• Provide training to internal users and external Merchant Solutions clients on servicing platforms.

What you will need to have:

• High School graduate/GED
• 3 years of prior experience.
• Experience with client management, client servicing, and/or technical support procedures.
• Background in Business System Analysis or process engineering.

What would be great to have:

• Associate's degree in management information systems, data science, or business analysis.
• Knowledge of the payments industry.
• Exposure or experience in Payment Processing. 
• Experience in Process Engineering.
• Exposure to financial services, operations, or client support experience.
• Familiarity with data analytics or other analytics tools such as PowerBI.
