The Team
Join our Margin team within Fidelity Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology group, where we build, enhance and support some of the most critical applications within the brokerage systems. Our team works closely with our product partners, business teams, and other technology stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions that support millions of client transactions.

The Expertise We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
3 plus years of experience as a systems analyst, business systems analyst or in a similar technology role.
Foundational understanding of brokerage and financial services

Strong understanding of margin systems and margin business processes
Solid SQL skills with the ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and validate business scenarios
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail

Experience in creating functional documentation, process flows and test scenarios
Willingness to learn new technologies, products and business domains

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
