Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America seeks a Systems Analyst - Workday at our office in Charlotte, NC to complete installation, configuration, and maintenance of organizational operating systems. Approve information system designs, ensuring they meet user needs and comply with the overall design of organizational information systems architecture. Complete large projects and act as systems expert in solving complex issues. Approve system scope through existing knowledge and fact-finding that informs development or modification of complex information systems. Complete changes to existing system logic difficulties and documentation. Approve flow charts, models, procedures, and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions. Approve technical documentation to guide system users and assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development. Evaluate system constraints, implications, and consequences of proposed system changes. Create procedures to solve complex problems, including computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Estimate costs of system solutions and prepare project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources. Move work to lower professionals.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study and 5 years as a Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Manager, IT Consultant, or related occupation. Alternatively, the company would accept a Master's degree in the accepted fields of study and two years of experience in an accepted occupation.

Salary range: The offered salary for this specific position is at least $127,171.00 per year. Please note that the base pay range shown below is a general salary range for similar occupations within the company, and does not apply to this specific position.

Base Pay Range: $103,500/yr. - $167,600/yr.
