Job Description Summary:
The Systems Analyst supports the day‑to‑day operation of key healthcare applications, with a primary focus on UKG Workforce Management (Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Clocks) and additional support for other enterprise systems such as Workday. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operational workflows and the ability to translate real‑world user needs into effective system support.The Systems Analyst works closely with end users to identify issues, answer questions, and support routine operational needs while meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role also assists in documenting processes, troubleshooting system behaviors, and supporting small enhancements that improve the user experience.
This position participates in basic process improvement activities related to Application Management and contributes to maintaining stable, reliable, and user‑friendly systems across the organization.
Responsibilities And Duties:
System Analysis and Design:Analyze and document current business processes and workflows.
Identify system requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
Design and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Application Support:
Provide support for (Epic, Workday, Kronos,) and other applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system upgrades and patches.
Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to integrate across IT portfolio with other IT systems (e.g., Epic, 3rd Party Imaging Applications, AI, etc.).
Project Management:
Under the direction of the Sr. Systems Analyst strong participation smaller projects related to system implementations and upgrades.
Knowledge with various project management approaches, e.g. waterfall, agile.
Training and Documentation:
Contribute to comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
Assist and provide guidance on best practices.
Integration and Data Management:
Contribute to seamless integration between various healthcare applications.
Manage data integrity and security across systems.
Perform data analysis and generate reports as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience with Kronos/ UGK and Epic, Workday, applications. Proven track record of working on complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.
