About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Systems Analyst to join our well-established Safety division. This is a 12 Months Fixed Term opportunity based out of our Acacia Ridge QLD, office.
Reporting to the HSSE Systems and Reporting Manager, the primary responsibility of this role will be to provide technical expertise for core Safety infrastructure application systems and reporting at Sime Industrial.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Support the design and development of our Safety systems to ensure continued functionality to meet end user and business requirements.
- Act as Systems Administrator, ensuring systems are stable and fit for purpose.
- Ensure the security, hierarchy and workflow integrity is maintained.
- Develop, review and implement systems and processes to support analytics and streamlined reporting safety performance indicators.
- Analysis of current process and efficiency opportunities to support all aspects of performance reporting.

Essential requirements
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes:
- Tertiary qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience providing system analysis and support
- Experience with database management and interface protocols
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with a diversity of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
