As Systems Analyst I, you will function as a primary resource for operating units regarding the data collection and evaluating operational resources, services, programs, systems, budgets and procedures. This position involves creating structured rules or SQL code development, assessing PCP attributions in claim data, providing business logic for report generation and similar tasks. On this team, you have a flexible schedule and the opportunity to implement new plans as you progress and succeed in your role.  

A caregiver in this position works remotely between the core hours of 7:00AM – 5:00PM, with the flexibility to choose a start/end time.  We are considering candidates who reside in the greater Northeast OH area!!

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

  • Provides application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems.
  • Contributes to departmental projects and solutions implementation.
  • Demonstrates, through output, a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration.
  • Supports development of information system requirements to include process and documentation creation and maintenance.
  • Maintains user confidence.
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains high level of quality work in a stressful environment.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

  • Associate degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • High School diploma/GED and three years of experience may substitute the degree requirement.
  • High School diploma/GED, successful completion of ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience may substitute the degree requirement. 
  • Bachelor’s degree may substitute the experience requirement.
  • One year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience preferably in a health care environment, or equivalent experience in end user training or in an operational or financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems supported by this position required.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment  preferred.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Understanding of defining logic using system fields (e.g., provider type,  specialty), backend system fields, extracting data and developing reports 
  • strong analytical skills, an understanding of system structures, and experience building business logic for reporting.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
