What success looks like in this role:
The Microsoft 365/ Teams Subject matter expert position works with customers, management, and peers to design, configure, and implement Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services.
Support includes specifications; installation, configuration, and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. The Chosen Candidate will provide subject matter expertise in support of Teams and Office 365 core services
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- 6 - 10 years’ experience with Office 365 migration, support of migration tasks, consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
- Experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams
- Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including:
- Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans
- Call Flows and auto attendants
- Emergency locations and calling
- Meeting, Live Events and Messaging Policies
- Teams and M365 Group Governance
- Meeting room planning, including setup and devices
- Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts
- Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business
- Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint
- Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements
- Face-to-face customer engagement skills
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
- Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team
- Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
- Microsoft Teams Administrator and/or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired
- Hands-on experience in developing business process automation using (Nintex, Power platform)
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- NV1 Security Clearance is required.
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management
- Experience in managing large-scale transition projects
- Ability and willingness to take direction from CDEs and Client Executives
- Able to adapt to a changing technical environment
- Ability to coach other members of the team in their area of expertise
- Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Customer-facing presentation and consulting skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell
Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation (optional),
- Certification on O365, MS Teams, and Power platform (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
