ECS is seeking a Systems Administrator to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day server, storage, and backup administration
- Utilize DOJ ITSM system for ticketing, incident and service request management, and reporting
- Provide onsite staff Monday through Friday during core business hours at 2Con, 3Con and RFK
- Travel as required in support of incident resolution and system deployment activities to CONUS/OCONUS sites
- Process change requests received in accordance with program policy
- Monitor and respond to system alerts
- Maintain ≥99% system availability
- Ensure RTO not exceeding 4 continuous hours
- Support Contingency and Incident Response Plan activities
Salary Range: $90,000-$125,000
