About the Role
- Maintain and support servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications such as CAVOK, Clear-Com, Minotaur, VMWare, ChatSurfer, and more.
- Troubleshoot application performance issues and manage end-user devices, servers, and databases.
- Work with cutting-edge technology, including Microsoft and RHEL servers, VMware, SIPRNet, and other classified networks.
- Solve connectivity and outage issues under time constraints while installing and configuring new capabilities to operational environments.
- Apply logistics processes to ensure accountability for all IT equipment.
This fast-paced role requires a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, with opportunities to enhance systems in a 24/7 operation that includes shift work and travel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570.01)
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience (or equivalent experience and certifications in lieu of a degree)
- Hands-on expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL 8.0/9.0, and Microsoft products like Active Directory Suite
- Physical ability to lift 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Military C5ISR experience or operational environment expertise
- Certifications like RHCSA, VCP-DCV, ITIL v4, or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
- Experience with storage solutions, audio intercom systems, and production virtual environments
