What You’ll Get to Do:
-
Windows\Linux System Administrator working with a focused and fun team to engineer, build, deploy, and maintain multiple environments for the purpose of development, testing, and production hosting of custom enterprise business applications on behalf of a Government customer.

Contribute to application and database migration activities.
-
Develop scripts for automation of build-out, maintenance, and configuration of virtualized systems.
-
Deployment of updates, IAVA patches, and Anti-Virus updates.
-
Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, and communications problems.

Maintains web application hosting systems to include web servers, database servers, and associated development systems (e.g. Team Foundation Server)

Maintains system reliability and uptime of production applications by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health.

Contributes to system configuration management in accordance with contract inventory and customer requirements.

Create, update, and maintain technical documentation including process diagrams, standard operating procedures, and system documentation.

Coordination with customer ISSE to ensure security accreditation of all project IT systems. This includes writing documentation and plans to successfully navigate ICD 503 and customer’s unique security requirements.
Required qualifications:

TS/SCI security clearance eligible

Security+ Certification (IAT level 2 or higher)

Amazon Web Services (AWS) (C2S) systems administration.

Microsoft Active Directory

Microsoft Windows Server

Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)

Microsoft SQL Server

MySQL

Understanding of Linux operating systems (e.g. Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, Fedora, Scientific Linux, Debian, Amazon L2 etc.).

Ability to manage multiple priority tasks

Hours 7am – 3pm
Desired qualifications:

AWS Certification (AWS Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS SysOps

Deploying AWS features (Auto Scaling, Elastic Load Balancer, CloudWatch, Lambda, Elastic Container Service).

Experience with scripting tools (PowerShell, JSON, BASH and PYTHON).

Microsoft Team Foundation Server
-
ICD 503 familiarity

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
