As we continue modernizing our technology landscape, we're looking for a Systems Administrator who can help us build what's next while keeping people at the center of every solution.
The Role
This isn't your typical Systems Administrator role.
We're looking for someone who can expertly manage infrastructure and systems while also serving as a trusted partner across the organization. You'll support team members at all levels, translate technical concepts into clear communication, and help guide our technology environment through a period of exciting transformation.
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving complex problems, creating order from ambiguity, improving processes, and building trust through positive, service-focused interactions.

What You'll Do
Infrastructure & Systems Administration- Administer, monitor, and maintain IT systems across all company locations.
- Support and maintain physical and virtual infrastructure, including on-premises environments, VMware, Azure, databases, storage, and security platforms.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Manage backup and recovery processes for business-critical systems.
- Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services.
- Manage Windows endpoints through Intune and Group Policy.
- Support identity management, Active Directory, DNS, and single sign-on integrations.
- Serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues.
- Develop clear documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing resources that help the entire team succeed.
- Strengthen change management processes and help ensure reliable, sustainable system operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks through scripting and AI-powered tools.
- Participate in technology projects from planning through implementation.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and recommendations.
- Manage software and hardware licensing renewals and vendor relationships.
- Mentor and support team members to foster growth, consistency, and collaboration.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support business-critical systems as needed.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of systems administration experience supporting Windows Server environments and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS administration.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and single sign-on solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Azure, IIS, VMware, SQL Server, and enterprise storage technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and research skills.
- Experience with PowerShell or another scripting language.
- Comfort leveraging AI tools to support troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and productivity.
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong documentation, change management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Professionalism, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.
- Hyper-V administration experience.
- Experience modernizing infrastructure and operational processes.
- Exposure to international or hybrid work environments.
This position is based onsite at our Riverton, Utah headquarters.

What We Do
At Stampin' Up! we are excited to share our exclusive line of decorative rubber stamp sets and accessories for handmade cards, scrapbooking, craft projects, and home decor! Since 1988, our wide assortment of rubber stamp images, stamping techniques, and designs have been helping crafters discover and express their creativity. Stampin' Up! products are not sold in stores, but may be purchased at home parties or through a network of independent sales consultants called Stampin' Up! demonstrators. Currently, more than 40,000 demonstrators from the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Austria, and Japan teach the art of rubber stamping and share their enthusiasm for rubber stamping, scrapbooking, and card making. Stampin' Up! operates two state-of-the-art facilities: an 80,000-square-foot manufacturing plant in Kanab, Utah, and a 300,000-square-foot home office and distribution center in Riverton, Utah.
