Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and support servers, applications, and networked systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues
- Provide end-user support and technical training as needed
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and new system deployments
- Apply advanced knowledge of application networking, load balancing, and fault tolerance
- Conduct vulnerability management and support security compliance efforts
- Provide recommendations on technology direction to support business and mission objectives
- Seven (7) years of progressive experience in Information Processing or a related field
- At least six (6) years of experience across multiple Information Processing disciplines involving diverse hardware and software solutions
- A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting software systems
- Sensitivity Level: IT-I Critical Sensitive
- Clearance: Secret
- Certification: DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II baseline certification
- Includes experience administering applications, data, databases, utilities, or software tools requiring privileged access
