The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Systems Administrator / Service Desk Analyst to join our Melbourne team. This is a hybrid role where you’ll split your time between hands-on user support and managing core IT systems.
You will:
Support engineers and office teams with business-critical issues
Act as a key escalation point for complex technical problems
Manage and improve systems across Microsoft 365, Azure, and endpoint environments
Help build a more secure, efficient, and scalable IT function
Contribute to follow-the-sun support across our global operations
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues (Tier 1–2)
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
Manage users and access in Active Directory and Entra ID
Administer Windows Server and cloud-based systems (Azure)
Manage endpoints using Intune (and ideally JAMF)
Support security initiatives including MFA, least privilege, and endpoint protection
Monitor systems, backups, and respond to incidents
Contribute to projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in IT support, systems administration, or a hybrid role
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows environments
Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
A proactive, customer-focused mindset
Nice to have:
Azure experience
JAMF exposure
Cybersecurity experience
