In order to Join the ELEVI TEAM you will need 

• You must be willing to work in the San Antonio. TX, area
• You must have a current and active security clearance with polygraph
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 2-10pm or 3-11pm (Training on shift)
• One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical helpdesk, office administration, or project management.
• Five  (5)  years  of  experience  as  an  SA  in  programs  and  contracts  of  similar  scope, type, and complexity are required. 
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Some of your day-to-day activities will include:

• ● Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
  ● May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  ● Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  ● Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
  ● Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is 42,000-52,000
