This Position reports to:
R&D Department LeadIn this role, you will have the opportunity to guide and/or support Research and Development (R&D) teams by actively providing solutions and process standards to prevent defects. Each day, you will ensure that products and systems are delivered as per the desired quality. You will also showcase your expertise by extending the guidance/support through the phases of the development process to ensure that the results of each phase adhere to the defined quality standards and meet target dates and budgets.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Division in Bangalore Location .
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Ensure the availability and reliability of IT and OT infrastructure.
- Maintain proper networking and electrical wiring within the lab.
- Manage store and inventory, ensuring all equipment and materials are accounted for and in good condition.
- Oversee software license usage and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to support lab operations and projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any infrastructure-related issues promptly.
- Implement best practices for lab management and safety.
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in managing R&D lab infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of IT and OT systems, networking, and electrical wiring.
- Experience in store and inventory management.
- Familiarity with software license management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders.
