We are seeking a System Tester Lead to oversee and guide testing activities across GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, and internal systems. In this leadership role, you will not only ensure system quality and reliability through rigorous testing but also mentor and coordinate a team of testers to achieve excellence. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in PNR creation, Jira test case management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of testers to execute thorough testing across multiple GDS platforms and internal systems.
Oversee the creation and management of PNRs, including complex fare types and travel scenarios.
Supervise automation of ticket issuance via internal systems by masking and queuing PNRs.
Review, validate, and troubleshoot test outcomes, ensuring clear documentation and effective coordination with development teams.
Ensure test cases in Jira are updated accurately and reporting is delivered on time.
Oversee quality control processes including ticket voiding and cancellation.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to the testing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
Proven experience in leading or supervising a testing or operations team.
Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is highly advantageous.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
