About the role

As part of the SPS Smart Factory team, you will support and strengthen the Auredia platform within Brazil operations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure operational stability, structured enhancements, and close collaboration between shopfloor stakeholders and the central Auredia team.

This role combines hands-on application engineering with production-facing troubleshooting and controlled development work. The position is based in Brazil and reports to the Smart Factory organization while working closely with the Auredia central team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Auredia modules using the approved tech stack (.NET, C#, SQL, Azure)
• Implement structured functional enhancements aligned with SPS operational needs
• Contribute to scalable and reusable components that can support future cross-site adoption
• Participate in code reviews and architectural alignment with the Auredia central team
• Ensure developments follow NOV-wide technology standards and cloud architecture principles
• Support integration between Auredia and surrounding manufacturing systems where required
• Contribute to structured documentation and maintainability of local implementations
• Act as the technical bridge between shopfloor stakeholders and the Auredia central team
• Support troubleshooting and structured resolution of platform-related incidents
• Participate in hypercare during deployments and releases

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with C# and .NET (Framework or .NET Core)
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC or similar web frameworks
• Solid understanding of SQL Server and database interaction
• Familiarity with Entity Framework or ORM concepts
• Experience using Git (pull requests, branching, merge workflows)
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles (OOP, SOLID basics)
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Ability to work directly with manufacturing stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

• Adequate years of similar experience in similar industrial or manufacturing environments

• Azure cloud exposure (App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Functions)
• Basic understanding of cloud-native application design

• Basic knowledge of real-time communication concepts (SignalR or similar)
• Exposure to mobile or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., Flutter)
