The Role
The System Specialist I is responsible for server and network infrastructure support, technical assistance, liaising with users and vendors, troubleshooting, and performing on-call support for production incidents.

Requirements
- University degree in electrical/electronic or computer engineering/computer science or related discipline
- Over 5 years’ relevant working experience in network administration and support
- Hands-on experience in Switch, Router, IPS/IDS, Firewall, Load Balancer, network monitoring and troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suites, Red Hat Linux, NetApp storage and TCP/IP in LAN/WAN network environment
- Willing to work occasionally on evening and holiday shift duties for supporting operation
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Senior Specialist (Network Infrastructure)
Skills Required
