Everforth ECS is seeking a System Release Management Specialist - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and execution of enterprise infrastructure and service release activities within ARNG operational environments.
- Develop and manage release schedules, ensuring alignment with approved change management processes.
- Validate deployment readiness and integrate updates across infrastructure, hosting, network, identity, and platform components.
- Coordinate implementation sequencing, outage windows, and stakeholder communications to minimize operational disruptions.
- Plan and execute rollback strategies and conduct post-implementation validations.
- Verify completeness and compliance of release artifacts and configuration documentation.
- Monitor release performance metrics and support root-cause analysis for release-related incidents.
- Ensure adherence to DoD and ARNG operational and cybersecurity requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 411-Technical Support Specialist at the Advanced proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): SecurityX / CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, FITSP-O, GICSP, SSCP
- Education: Masters or Ph.D in [Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering]
- Minimum of 8–10 years of experience leading enterprise release and change management activities within DoD or Federal environments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing release schedules and validating deployment readiness.
- Experience in coordinating implementation sequencing, outage windows, and stakeholder communications.
- Ability to verify release artifacts and conduct root-cause analysis for release-related incidents.
