We seek a skilled System Qualification Engineer to join our R&D Hardware team and ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Hardware projects.
You will lead system-level qualification, integration, and testing activities, working closely with hardware, software, and System teams to validate our products before deployment.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
- Lead qualification, testing, and validation of multidisciplinary systems.
- Define and execute test plans to ensure product performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and mechanical teams to resolve system-level issues.
- Troubleshoot and investigate integration or performance problems in lab and field environments.
- Document test results and provide clear feedback to development teams.
- Work with subcontractors and suppliers to support qualification and testing tasks.
- Travel internationally up to 25% of the time to support on-site testing and deployment.
Requirements
- BSc in Electrical / Mechanical / Integration Engineering or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in system qualification, validation, or integration in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong hands-on capabilities
- Problem solving skills and can do approach
- Familiarity with communication protocols and lab equipment.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and performing assemblies accordingly
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
