Responsibility of identify system enhancements and insure continues improvements for current systems running warehouses operations

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with operations to identify system enhancements required
- Prepare needed CRs (Change Requests) to implement needed enhancements
- Follow up with System Support Team on open CRs and ensure proper deployments and implementations for required enhancements.
- Tracking and report CR status
- Support operation in major incidents escalations
- Work with System Engineering team to identify systems bugs
- Troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Collaborating with Operations/IT professionals to improve overall system performance and processes.
- Tracking and reporting of incidents status.
- Plays a key role in training and onboarding new team members. This includes developing training materials.
- Providing ongoing support to ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage the systems in place.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT field.
- Experience not less than 2 years in warehouses operations.
- Experience in using WMS as key user (Infor/Manhattan/SAP/Oracle these WMS are plus).
- Experience in SQL is a plus.
- Experience in systems integrations is a plus.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting skill.
- Process oriented and documentation skill.
- Project management skill is a plus.
