Our Consumer Healthcare business develops and markets consumer preferred and expert recommended brands in the Oral health, Pain relief, Respiratory, Gastro-intestinal and Skin health categories.

Key Responsibilities

The role has the following key deliverables:

  • Platform Management & Optimization: Oversee the deployment and management of HCP tools (e.g., Veeva, CRM systems) & Sales Tech tools (e.g., DMS, SFA, Retailer App) to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
    Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, CMT, marketing, IT, finance, and medical affairs teams to understand requirements, enhance system functionality, and drive adoption of tools among healthcare professionals & field sales team.
    Data & System Governance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all tools and platforms, adhering to industry regulations.
    Continuous Improvement & Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training for users, while driving continuous improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Minimum Level of Education Required

Educational Background: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred

Product Expertise: Strong experience with healthcare CRM systems, particularly Veeva or similar platforms (e.g., Salesforce Health Cloud, HubSpot for healthcare) and Sales tech tools (eg. Botree, Accenture, Salesforce, Bizom)

Project Management & Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders .

Previous Experience Required

Experience: 4-6 years of experience managing sales & healthcare systems, tools, or infrastructure, preferably in a role supporting sales, marketing, or CMT in the FMCG industry.
Demonstrated experience in system implementation, troubleshooting, and user training.
