System Laboratory Engineer

The system laboratory engineer, as part of a system laboratory team is responsible for assembling CMM/VMM machines and performing testing and validation of machines to ensure system performance and reliability

1.    Work effectively as a dedicated team member in a joint development team including overseas engineers to develop new products for China and European or US markets.
作为包括国外工程师在内的开发团队的一员，参与面向中国及海外市场的新产品开发工作；
2.    Work with design and product manager team, develop innovative ideas and concepts for CMM&VMM machine
与设计和产品管理同时合作，为三坐标测量机或影像仪开发创新想法和概念
3.    Defining and implementing experimental setups for components and assemblies, design demonstrator and experiments involving a variety of functions and interfaces.
定义和实现元件与组件的实验设置、定义演示器和具有各种功能和接口的实验；
4.    Define design verification plan and conduct testing and validation of CMM&VMM machine according to system requirement.
根据系统的要求定义测试计划，测试和验证三坐标测量机或影像仪机器；
5.    Analyze, evaluate test results, if necessary, provide suggestions and opinions for alternative implementation solutions and functional test criteria
对测试结果的分析、评估，如必要对替代实施方案或功能测试标准提供的建议和意见；
6.    Write test report, and technical documentation for systems and components handover to production 
验证测试数据,编写测试报告和技术文件， 为系统和组件顺利移交生产奠定基础；
7.    Support purchasing, production and service.
对采购、生产和服务部门的技术支持；
8.    Other duties, as assigned. 
被安排的其他工作。

Education/教育背景
A bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related field 
机械或相关行业本科及以上。

Experience/经验
Minimum of 3 years related working experience in lab testing or metrology qualification. 
3年以上实验室测试或计量认证相关工作经验；
Experience in using different kinds of lab equipment, such as lasering systems, step gauge.
有使用实验室测试设备的经验，例如激光系统、步距规；
Proven experience in developing test procedures.
有编制测试流程经验；
Programming experience, preferably in MATLAB
具备编程经验，优先考虑MATLAB方面的经验
Experience in trouble shooting during production or prototype assembly. 
有生产线或原型机组装的故障排除经验；
Experience in assembling a device or machine. 
有安装设备或机器的经验。
