Job Title: Systems Implementation

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 + Annual Bonus

JD LOGISTICS US is seeking a highly motivated System Implementation to support the successful deployment and optimization of our logistics and warehouse management systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in system configuration, testing, and user support within a dynamic supply chain environment.
What You'll Do:
* Assist in the configuration and setup of new system modules and functionalities.
* Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and identify system defects or areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials.
* Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for end-users experiencing system issues.
* Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and translate them into system specifications.
* Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system transitions.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to system utilization and efficiency.
* Assist with ad-hoc reporting and data analysis to support operational decision-making.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* Strong interest in enterprise systems (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP) and their application in logistics.
* Basic understanding of system implementation methodologies is a plus.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
