Responsibilities:
-Providing technical user support, assisting users with system and software configuration
-Managing support tickets, prioritizing requests, and handling escalations
-Migration, tuning and setup of the IT infrastructure
-Supporting and troubleshooting existing development environments
Requirements:
1+ years experience as system engineer
-Basic network administration (Routing, ACLs, DHCP, DNS, VLAN)
-Hypervisors management
-AD, domain services and GPO
-Problems solving and technical troubleshooting
-Linux administration and commandline
-Windows administration
-English level: pre-intermediate
Would be a plus:
-Understanding CI/CD
-Ansible or Python knowledge
