Provide technical support to customers through email, ticketing systems, and chat. Reproduce issues in prepared environments, participate in remote troubleshooting calls and demos, create customer documentation, and deliver technical presentations explaining the cybersecurity solution. Requires at least one year of technical support experience, strong English communication, and familiarity with SQL, cloud platforms, Linux, or macOS preferred.

Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, drive platform adoption and onboarding, monitor customer health and retention, coordinate issue resolution with support, document interactions in CRM, relay product feedback to Product, and proactively communicate updates and feature releases.
