Job Description

As a System Engineer Windows/0365 you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance in operational condition and evolution of the group's internal IS and the company's infrastructures. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems, managing security tools, and providing high-quality support for internal users.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administer and maintain the corporate Active Directory and Office 365.

- Ensure the operational maintenance of Windows workstations and servers.

- Manage and administer the company's security tools, including antivirus solutions.

- Integrate and package workstation operating systems.

- Handle level 1 and 2 requests and incidents, liaising with publisher support and managing problem resolution and changes.

- Create and update documentation related to infrastructure and workstation processes.

- Manage local Corporate IT equipment, including inventory, procurement, renewal, and after-sales service.

- Assist in the administration of telephony and videoconferencing systems.

Qualifications

- Education: MSc in Information Systems, IT Management, Systems and Network Engineering or other similar ones ;

- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position is mandatory;

- Good Level of English and French is mandatory;

- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and MS365 is mandatory;

- Knowledge of Group Policy (GPO), Security and Antivirus Administration is mandatory;

- Know-how in Windows 10/11 desktop administration and support;

- Knowledge in PowerShell Scripting;

- ITIL V3 and Microsoft certifications are a plus;

- Costumer oriented mindset, with VIP focus;

- Teamwork skills, autonomy and synthesis capabilities are a must have.
