The Senior Systems Engineer Lead – Servers will lead server engineering and enterprise systems support across secure federal infrastructure environments. This role provides senior technical coordination for server platforms, lifecycle activities, secure configurations, operational improvements, and mission system reliability.
The Senior Systems Engineer Lead – Servers will lead server design, deployment, patching, performance tuning, lifecycle planning, configuration management, vulnerability remediation, technical documentation, and operational coordination across server infrastructure workstreams. This position will troubleshoot complex server and infrastructure issues, support secure system baselines, guide technical execution, and help ensure reliable, compliant, and resilient operations across the enterprise.
This role requires a hands-on senior technical leader with experience supporting enterprise server platforms in secure or regulated environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong troubleshooting skills, documentation discipline, technical leadership, and the ability to coordinate across systems, network, cybersecurity, service desk, engineering, and government stakeholder teams in a classified or sensitive federal mission environment.
- Minimum 7 years network engineering experience
- Secure network operations experience
- Experience with enterprise routing, switching, and network security.
