Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud environments, virtualization, security tools, backups, disaster recovery, patching, monitoring, and Microsoft 365 services. Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Azure, AWS, Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-V. Automate administration with PowerShell and shell scripting, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and follow ITIL-based support processes.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in:
- System Administration
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Enterprise IT Support

Strong experience in Windows Server Administration
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RADIUS and CA
TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN
Azure / AWS
Backup & Disaster Recovery
PowerShell / Shell Scripting
Patch Management – WSUS / ManageEngine Endpoint Central
Antivirus / XDR – Trend Micro / Cortex / McAfee
Citrix / VMware / Hyper-V / NetScaler
Microsoft 365, SSO, 2FA and Encryption

Knowledge of ITIL framework
