Scope:
As an EDI Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in ensuring the seamless exchange of business-critical data between our organization and customers.
You'll troubleshoot EDI transactions, perform SQL-based data analysis, resolve production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep business operations running smoothly.

What you’ll do:
Monitor and support daily EDI production operations.
Investigate and resolve EDI transaction failures within SLA.
Perform SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.
Monitor application alerts and production queues.
Collaborate with development teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding incidents and resolutions.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support role and related technologies.
Ready to work on 24/7 shift (rotational shift)
Resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Minimize recurring production issues through effective root cause analysis.
Deliver accurate SQL analysis and data validation.
Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain high-quality documentation.
