About the Opportunity
We are looking for a System Architect to join our Simulation Services System Team in Poland.
In this role, you will contribute to the development of Test Tools & Simulators supporting Radio Access Network (RAN) development for 4G, 5G, and emerging 6G technologies. You will play a key role in defining architecture, improving ways of working, and driving innovation in a highly collaborative and global environment.
This role follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office in Kraków.
What You Will Do• Contribute to architecture design for simulation tools supporting RAN development• Drive improvements and simplification of development Ways of Working (WoW)• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with product lifecycle processes• Support Lean & Agile development practices• Influence innovation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience• Solid understanding of Wireless Communication Systems, particularly 5G NR (L1, L2, L3 and Core Network)• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols• Experience with software development tools and programming environments• Basic knowledge of Linux OS and networking• Understanding of CI (Continuous Integration)• Knowledge of testing practices (module-level and end-to-end testing)• Strong analytical and structured thinking• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)• Detail-oriented with the confidence to challenge the status quo• Proactive mindset and positive "can-do" attitude
