负责下一代磁悬浮智能输送平台的总体技术架构设计与产品规划，打造面向中国市场的高性能、低成本、可规模化量产的工业自动化核心平台。
岗位职责
1.负责磁悬浮智能输送平台整体系统架构设计，包括直线电机、Shuttle、机械结构、运动控制、电气电子、通信及功能安全架构。
2.主导产品技术路线规划，在性能、成本、可制造性和可靠性之间进行系统级权衡与决策。
3.深入分析中国市场需求，完成产品定义、功能规划和产品路线图制定。
4.负责柔性输送、高密度输送、负载能力及动态性能等核心技术方案设计与评估。
5.跟踪国内外先进智能输送平台，识别关键技术差距与创新机会。
6.规划和建设研发实验室及验证体系，包括性能、热管理、EMC、可靠性及寿命测试能力。
7.组织关键技术攻关，推动产品从概念设计、样机开发到产业化落地。
8.建设并指导核心研发团队，提升系统设计、运动控制、机电一体化及验证能力。
9.联合供应商及产业伙伴开展技术开发与验证，建立关键技术生态和供应链体系。
10.主导核心技术自研边界及合作模式等战略技术决策。
职位要求
1.本科及以上学历，自动化、机械工程、电气工程、机电一体化或相关专业。
2.有8年以上运动控制、智能输送系统、机器人或机电系统研发经验。
3.主导或深度参与过至少一款先进运动控制平台、智能输送平台或机器人产品开发。
4.熟悉直线电机、伺服系统、运动控制及工业自动化整体架构。
5.具备智能输送系统、线性传输系统、机器人或高速自动化装备相关项目经验。
6.熟悉多轴同步控制、轨迹规划及高动态运动控制技术。
7.掌握功率电子、电机控制、工业通信网络及功能安全相关技术。
8.了解精密机械设计、高速运动机构及可靠性工程方法。
9.具备DFX设计理念、风险分析及产品全生命周期管理经验。
10.具有磁悬浮或线性输送平台经验者优先；具备从0到1产品定义及产业化经验者优先。

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in automation, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in motion control, intelligent conveying systems, robotics, or mechatronic systems development
- Led or deeply participated in development of an advanced motion control platform, intelligent conveying platform, or robotics product
- Knowledge of linear motors, servo systems, motion control, and industrial automation architecture
- Experience with intelligent conveying systems, linear transport systems, robotics, or high-speed automation equipment
- Knowledge of multi-axis synchronization, trajectory planning, and high-dynamic motion control
- Knowledge of power electronics, motor control, industrial communication networks, and functional safety
- Understanding of precision mechanical design, high-speed motion mechanisms, and reliability engineering methods
- Experience with DFX design, risk analysis, and product lifecycle management
- Magnetic levitation or linear conveying platform experience
- Experience defining and industrializing products from zero to one
