What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead the full process delivery of technical documents from requirement analysis to project technical solution design, development testing, and launch.
- Responsible for the architecture upgrade and implementation of enterprise-level financial systems, ensuring system stability and data security.
- For large and complex business features review technical feasibility, develop technical solutions, and support project implementation.
- Optimize system performance, guide the team's junior and senior engineers, and help the team solve technical problems. Develop development standards and implement them effectively, influencing and promoting departmental technical decisions.
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering or related fields.
- More than 7 years Java, Spring Boot/Cloud development experience, familiar with Java language and ecosystem.
- Proficient in relational/NoSQL databases, caching, message queues, able to analyze open source Middleware at the source code level, and proficient in microservice architecture design skills.
- Have led the development of large-scale enterprise-level systems, handled complex business scenarios, and have experience in system reconstruction or implementation from 0 to 1.
- Familiar with the whole-link of business finance (expense management/financial audit/bookkeeping/fund management/report analysis, etc.), with experience in Integration Of Business And Finance projects preferred.
- Passionate about technology, with strict requirements for code quality and development standards.
- Strong learning ability, good at thinking, clear logical thinking, with strong ability to quickly locate and solve problems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Bilingual language skill is preferred, both English and Mandarin.
- Candidates with experience in relevant departments and projects of listed internet giants are preferred.
- Familiarity with blockchain or digital currency industry is preferred.
